This two bedroom,two bathroom unit may be located as many as four floors up (no elevator) and may sleep up to but not exceed six people and includes the following:
- King size bed in the master bedroom
- Queen or two twin size beds in the second bedroom
- Sofa sleeper in the living room
- Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker
- Television
- DVD player
- Electric fireplace
- Air conditioning
- Washer and dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Hair dryer
- Balcony and/or patio
SHIPPING
This auction item is eligible for shipping; however, if you are local to Maryland, we ask that you pick it up on July 22 or 23. Due to minimal staffing with limited availability to package and send items, we would like to reserve shipping for those who are not local. Items will ship sometime in July. Payment for items won must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped for a flat rate of an additional $20 unless otherwise noted. All items will be shipped via USPS Ground. You will be emailed to arrange shipping, but due to the volume of this auction and limited nonprofit staffing, SYSS is not able to provide shipping tracking updates.
