Unit amenities:
This one bedroom, one bathroom street and pool view unit is located on the second floor (approximately 14 steps, no elevator) and may sleep up to but not exceed four people and includes the following:
- Queen size bed in the bedroom
- Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room
- Microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster
- Flat screen television located in living room and bedroom
- DVD player
- Shower stall only (no tub)
- Heating
- Air conditioning
- Ceiling fans
SHIPPING
This auction item is eligible for shipping; however, if you are local to Maryland, we ask that you pick it up on July 22 or 23. Due to minimal staffing with limited availability to package and send items, we would like to reserve shipping for those who are not local. Items will ship sometime in July. Payment for items won must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped for a flat rate of an additional $20 unless otherwise noted. All items will be shipped via USPS Ground. You will be emailed to arrange shipping, but due to the volume of this auction and limited nonprofit staffing, SYSS is not able to provide shipping tracking updates.
