To request your reservations it must be done 30 days prior to the date you wish to arrive. Availability for your requested dates will be confirmed within three (3) business days. Please be prepared to provide alternate dates. Multiple-night awards must be used consecutively. Travel must be completed by July 1, 2024 and must be booked no later than thirty (30) days in advance of scheduled arrival. Specific suite type will vary based upon availability at the time of booking; not all suite types are available as part of this offer. Dining credits will be applied to your room’s master account and consumed by way of room charge. This offer is exclusive of gratuities and applicable taxes. Management reserves all rights.

 

 

SHIPPING

This auction item is eligible for shipping; however, if you are local to Maryland, we ask that you pick it up on July 22 or 23. Due to minimal staffing with limited availability to package and send items, we would like to reserve shipping for those who are not local. Items will ship sometime in July.  Payment for items won must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped for a flat rate of an additional $20 unless otherwise noted. All items will be shipped via USPS Ground. You will be emailed to arrange shipping, but due to the volume of this auction and limited nonprofit staffing, SYSS is not able to provide shipping tracking updates.
